Apple Crumble Cheese

Crumblesssss...

Cheese topped with cooked apple & crumbles. (It's definitely not pumpkin!!! Though look very much like it. Haa)

First try - A spoonful of maple syrup really enhances the normal buttery tasting crumbles and it will just linger around your taste bud, wanting for more.

The cake was totally consumed and has gotten satisfying feedback. Will be trying Banana Caramelize Cheese Crumble...Coming soon!!!

English High Tea

Just enjoy spending the whole afternoon with a few friends, pampering ourselves with a self-prepared English high tea. (A pat on the shoulder to all those who have made this possible - Christina, Carmen, Crystal & Sue Ann.)

Most of the pastries are bought from the bakery except for the cinnamon rolls which are prepared by Sue Ann. Truly, fresh from the oven. They are really yummy!!!

12th Wedding Anniversary Cake

My first time incorporating fondant & flowers onto the cake. A special occasion, the 12th Wedding Anniversary of my dear brother - Simon & sister - Christina. This cake - a gift and blessing to them.

To make it fun, I have decided to put their favorite - Birkenstock sandals with socks and ballet shoes onto the cake.

Birthday Cakes

A request to have Mickey Mouse on the cake. To make it healthier, freshly baked Mickey Mouse cookies are added as part of decor instead of using colored butter cream.
